In Addition to completion of your daily workouts, you'll need to adhere to the nutrition plan that you are provided in order to see real and sustainable results.
Each week there will be 3-6 scheduled workout and cardio sessions of varying intensity. You are expected to complete these training sessions.
The results and outcome of your training, following your program, will be directly correlated to how hard you work and how committed you are to your goals as well as your training.
We don't have time for excuse makers. Please think carefully before applying. We want people who are eager to succeed and learn even when things get tough.
We don't deal in tricks or fads. This program is not a magic bullet. it is very difficult, but it works!
The program is suitable for beginners, but you must have at least a basic level of fitness.
