My name is Eddy, a Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in weight loss, muscle and strength gain, and overall physical improvements. I am a fitness enthusiast who’s commitment to and deep passion for weightlifting and strength training has allowed me to maintain a healthy yet enjoyable lifestyle. With my medical background as a Paramedic and fitness coach, I was led to further my career as a personal trainer for the past 6 years. My position allows me to not only provide my clients with customized and elite methods of physical training, but also, dieting and meal planning based on their individual needs.
